“ Clean restaurant, standard greasy spoon fare. But the main reason for the five star review is that they don't ask me for a 20% tip when I'm standing at a counter, ordering my food. There is a bucket you can throw a few bucks in if you like. Leaving a couple bucks is recommended because it was prompt and delicious. ”

“ This is a classic American Diner. It has an extensive menu of good, reasonably priced food. It is mostly 4 top Formica tables and booths. The only thing missing is counter service. It also has "regulars". The four old guys who sit there all day drinking coffee and have their pictures on the wall. I love this kind of place. The food is a solid 4.6. Nothing fancy; all good. Absolutely worth a visit and we will be back. ”

“ I have been to this place a few times, mostly when I worked down the street and we'd do take out for lunch. It had been a while since I stopped by and went this past weekend. The lady at front taking the orders is friendly and even offered a paper menu to be able to see menu better. The staff from the cooks to the lady taking orders/bringing out our orders provided great customer service. They interact with customers and just make you feel welcomed. Our food arrived pretty quick, it wasn't too busy when we arrived. The burger had a really good flavor, the fried zucchini was crunchy and went so well with their ranch. The chili cheese fries, was drenched in chili, (the chili had a really good flavor) but I am more of a light chili, extra cheese girl and I forgot to order it that way. My husband loved them! :) My kiddos shared the chicken strips and they both enjoyed them, they even threw in the bread you only get with the bigger chicken strip orders. (So good) This place always smacks, it is a bit pricey but the food is always on point. ”

“ First time here and I loved it! Parking was easy, no wait to order and seating was ample. For Brunch time on a Saturday, I liked those points immediately. Food was really good too! My fiancé got the Colossal Burger & I got a breakfast burrito. Food came out super quick and all the staff were really nice. Looking around the restaurant vibe I felt some nostalgia, like the old school diners from when I was a kid! The menu is huge, I'll be back soon! ”

“ Boyfriend's mom sent us here to pick up some lunch for us and the fam when we came to visit. We didn't know what we were in for, but their options sure looked good - and, we were not disappointed. Country Club Cafe has something for everyone - I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection, so kudos to them for having some pictures of their menu items. Otherwise, I would have been standing there trying to figure out what I wanted for MUCH longer haha. Boyfriend's mom got the chicken sandwich and fries. Boyfriend's grandpa ordered the cheeseburger and fries. Boyfriend got the grilled chicken cobb salad with 2 chicken tenders - bleu cheese dressing on the side. And, I ordered the chicken diet plate that came with 3 grilled chicken strips - a salad, cottage cheese topped off with some fruit. I got bleu cheese on the side too, but ended up not using it, as there was enough flavor from the chicken strips for my salad. The food was surprisingly delicious, and it hit the spot for all of us. The meal was big enough for us that lunch became both lunch and dinner for us haha. Glad we found this spot! If you're in the area looking for a spot with a lot of options and great food - this is where it's at! ”
